This video is an introduction to Projectile Motion. Projectile Motion occurs when an object moves both horizontally and vertically at the same time, with gravity being the only force present. We neglect air resistance in this video. In this lesson I use a basketball shot to analyze the motion of the ball after it leaves the player's hand.
