Skins are not cosmetic but a new character to be playable with unique abilities. That including :
- Elizabeth Greene - replace zombie Heller skin
- Dana Mercer - replace zombie Mercer skin
- Alex Mercer / Final boss Mercer - replace Radnet Alex Mercer skin
For Heller, his abilities are unchaged but he got a darker clothes and powered left arm while using blade or whipfist like in cinematic cutscene instead of bare hand.
