Hey everyone, I bought Prototype on steam and had low framerate and a 720p resolution cap in the settings. I did some research and found the fixes here: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1996187 and here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/102168-13-prototype-good-system but they weren't easy to find so I thought I would put up a quick tutorial.
