Wealth, success, and ease here on earth are not bad in and of themselves. The tension is in not being consumed by it all and seeking the Lord as our security rather than the things of this world. We need to continue to give thanks to the Lord and seek Him for His strength, wisdom, and refuge through every circumstance.
