Providing Effective Communication Access

Providing Effective Communication Access Presenter: Matthew Bakke, Ph.D. Matthew Bakke, Ph.D., will present research findings about the communication needs of people with hearing loss. He'll then provide practical recommendations for providing effective communication access to this population. In light of these recommendations, Dr. Bakke will review existing strategies for communication access in the public square and share thoughts about future actions needed, including in research and public policy.
