This is a very common issue on the Playstation VR2 headsets. Luckily it's a pretty easy fix with the right tools! Please note this only works on models with 12-pins between the ground pins. Some models use a 28-pin configuration (14+2GND) on each side and I have not been able to find parts for that model.
