PS2 Slim Laser Replacement (Desoldering Point) Tutorial Fix

Disc Read Error probably means you need to replace your laser. When you order a new laser for the PS2 Slim, remember to de-solder the soldering point on the left side with the laser facing you (curve down). If you do not de-solder the point, the disc will not spin. You'll see a bead of solder that needs to be removed. Using a de-soldering tool is safer than using a cloth.
