In this video I'm fixing another PS3 Slim with faulty step-down converter (which causes WiFi and Bluetooth to fail).
This is relatively simple procedure and it will (in many cases) fix WiFi and BT issues without the need to replace actual WiFi chip.
WiFi chip failure is often a cause of error 8002f1f9 and this repair will most likely fix it.
