From H4998- a pasture: habitation, house, pleasant place H4998 - נָאָה nâʼâh, naw-aw – be beautiful, be pleasant In pastures, in meadows, in pleasant places, in beautiful places dé•she H1877 - דֶּשֶׁא desheʼ, deh'-sheh; from H1876; a sprout; grass:—(tender) grass, green, (tender) herb. H1876 - דָּשָׁא dâshâʼ, daw-shaw'; to sprout:—bring forth, spring. yar•bi•tzé•ni H7257- רָבַץ râbats, raw-bats': make to rest, lie down, sit. H5117 - נוּחַ nûwach, noo'-akh; to rest, i.e. settle down; ye•na•ha•lé•ni H5095 - נָהַל n âhal, naw-hal': To lead, to protect, provide for, sustain, , to run with a sparkle, i.e. flow; hence (transitively), to conduct, and (by inference) to protect, sustain:—carry, feed, guide, lead (gently, on). In beautiful pastures of green tender grass he lays me down, upon the springs of water I peacefully rest as He protects and sustains me. 3 Naf•shí - My soul ye•sho•vév – He returns, turns back yan•ché•ni – he guides, leads me ve•ma•ag•léy – in a round path tzé•dek - of Righteousness le•má•an – for the sake of sh’mo – His Name He turns my soul back, and He guides me around in Righteousness for the sake of His Name 4 Gam - although ki – if, that, because, for, surely, except, yea, doubtless e•léch – I go, I walk, come be•géy – in a valley of tzal•má•vet – shadow of death lo – no, not ee•rá ra – I shall fear ki – if, that, because, for, surely, except, yea, doubtless ata – you, 2nd person ee•ma•di – are along with me shiv•te•chá - rod, staff, branch, offshoot, club, sceptre, tribe oo•mish•an•té•cha – and your staff hé•ma - these ye•na•cha•mú•ni – they will console/comfort me Even if I walk in a valley of the shadow of death, I will not fear because your scepter and your staff console me 5 Ta•a•róch – You are- to set in a row, i.e. arrange, put in order le•fa•nái – before my face shool•chan - a table (as spread out); by implication, a meal:—table. né•ged – in the sight of tzo•re•rái – the ones being enemies of me, ones causing affliction, who bind di•shán•tan – you take away the ashes, and anoint me va•shé•mem – in fruitfulness, in oil ro•shí – my head ko•sí my cup, my vessel re•va•yá – is full, satisfied, abundant You set in order a table before my face, in the sight of the ones being enemies of me; You take away the ashes and anoint my head with oil, my cup is full 6 Ach – surely, no doubt, certainly tov - Good ve•ché•sed - and lovingkindness yir•de•fú•ni – they shall put me to flight, pursue me kol – all of, whole ye•méy - heat of the day cha•yay – lives of me ve•sháv•ti – and I will abide, dwell be•veyt – in the House of Yehovah le•ó•rech – for length, throughout ya•min – of days, time Certainly Goodness and Loving-kindness shall pursue me all of the days of my life; And I will abide in the House of Yehovah throughout time
