This is because depression makes us feel unmotivated, low, and hopeless, which then makes us stop doing the things that used to give us joy and meaning. Behavioral activation says that we can change our behaviors to jumpstart how we feel. In this video, I discuss how we can incorporate behavioral activation in our lives to break free from the depression trap, and get us back on track.
