https://youtu.be/S6IeIDf6Rgw #pickled jalapeño video above PUFF PASTRY PIZZA 1 package Pepridge Farm Puff PASTRY, thawed your favorite PIZZA SAUCE SHREDDED MOZZARELLA PARMESAN CHEESE SLICED MOZZARELLA GROUND BEEF browned & drained sautéed GREEN BELL PEPPER PEPPERONI slices OLIVE OIL JALAPENO SLICES sautéed MUSHROOM SLICES Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Roll out one sheet of puff PASTRY to 10 inches x 14 inches. set aside. roll out second sheet of puff PASTRY to 9 x 13 inches. Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the 9 x 13 puff PASTRY on it. Begin to layer your pizza starting with the sauce, Shredded MOZZARELLA, cooked ground meat bell pepper, pepperoni, mushrooms, jalapeños and sliced MOZZARELLA. BE SURE TO LEAVE A 1 INCH BORDER AROUND THE EDGE OF THE PUFF PASTRY. Brush olive oil on the border. Then place the second sheet of puff PASTRY on top. Use a fork to crimp the two pieces of PASTRY together on the edge where you BRUSHED the olive oil. BE SURE TO CUT 3 SLITS in the top piece of pastry to allow the steam to escape while baking. Bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees F or until as toasty as you like. enjoy!
