Puffed Triangle Star Stitch - Single Puffs and Base Chain - Basic Crochet Tutorial
Learn to do Single Puffs and a Base Chain using the Triangle Star Stitch Written instruction for single puffs: Start with a slip knot, than chain two. Pull up the yarn, yarn over and go thru chain 1. Pull up the yarn and yarn over for a second time, go thru chain 1, pull up the yarn again and yarn over for a third time, go thru chain 1 pull up the yarn. Hold the yarn before pulling it thru all the loops on the hook. Insert the hook, where you just held the yarn. Yarn over and go thru that first loop. Yarn over and go thru the two loops on your hook. Than chain one. For the next puff, go thru the space or ring you made by finishing the first puff. You can make the stitch more puffed, if you yarn over and go thru the space 4 oder 5 times. Or less puffed, if you only go thru twice. Also You can make the stitch larger by pulling up the yarn longer or shorter by pulling it up just a little. If you have trouble holding the yarn or pulling it thru just go on a little longer. You will get used to this kind of stitch. And it will become quite easy.
