In this video, I show you how to build a pulse divider - also called a redstone pulse counter. A pulse divider outputs a single redstone signal after a predetermined number of redstone pulses have been inputted. If you want to click a button 4 times to turn on a lamp, this is the circuit you need.
The circuit works on Minecraft Java 1.29+. It may function in Bedrock, but I haven't tested it.
