We got many questions about how clean the honey was coming out of the HillCo clarifier. In this video, we'll show how the honey looks after sitting in barrels for a few days after extraction and how much wax was left behind from the clarifier. We'll also show you how we pump the honey from the barrels into our bourbon barrels and into more manageable 5-gallon buckets.
