!!NEW VIDEO IS UP!! doing ( 100, 150, 200, 210 ) non-stop push-ups. Pushups are a great exercise for muscle endurance and stamina, obviously, doing 210 pushups will not get you anywhere, this is just to prove to myself that I can do it, and share my progress with others. If you want to get the maximum out of pushups, do 3-4 sets of as many as you can, and rest about 1-2 minutes in between, I will keep updating this profile with more videos of me trying to break my own record, and show other workouts to get anyone who is interested in shape! :) please like, and subscribe, share, and if you have a response please do post it!
