To our subscribers thank you for your support.🤗 Ingredients: ( serving: 24 pcs.) 1/4 kilo ground pork onion 🧅 garlic 🧄 pepper 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 tsp soy sauce 2 tsp sugar laurel and star anise 1 tsp vinegar water 1 1/2 all purpose flour ( remove 3tbsp then replace it with 3tbsp cornstarch to make a cake flour) 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp baking powder 1/4 cup white sugar 1 cup milk set aside 6 egg whites 1 tsp white vinegar 1/2 cup white sugar assemble toppings: cheese, salted egg and pork steam for 15-20mins.
