Putting up the Rapido Export

This is not a video for entertainment. It is an instructional video for new Rapido owners to help them learn how to put up their folding trailer. I have been around these since 1979 and this is what I consider to be the best way to do it. Normally it does not take 1/2 hour to put one of these up unless you are explaining what you are doing every step of the way. This video was made from footage taken from 2 different days. I did it twice because I forgot to mention stuff that was important in the first take. Please excuse the edits and continuity of background images. The key points are: * Make sure the main body of the trailer is level before unfolding with about 1/2 inch of suspension travel lifted to ensure the trailer suspension does not lift the main body off the steadies when you fold over the top half. * Set the trailer brake * Make some plates for the swing arm screw jacks so you can easily adjust them. *After you lift the top half over check to make sure the main body is still level and firm from rocking by ensuring the steadies are still planted. Remember to push the roof/wall panel outwards when lifting the side walls into place or you will damage them. Thank you for putting up with my edits and I hope this helps new owners.
