This video on histograms in python is part one of a two part series that will have you understanding how to create histograms on any data, how to add horizontal and vertical markers including the mean (average). Histograms are very imprortant to statistics, research, data science and analytics as they help show insights into the data through use of a frequency distribution. This video specializes in histograms and also shows you how to make professional looking histograms and visuals using the matplotlib, numpy and seaborn libraries along with inline graphing and plots. This tutorial python video shows all necessary code and explains everything step by step. The second video covers identifying skew, whether a histogram is positively or negatively skewed and then how to measure the amount of skew. After watching these videos, please be sure and find an interesting dataset and the recreating these histograms and similar off that data. The dataset we use in this video is the mispriced diamonds dataset which is freely available on the internet - just Google "Mispriced DIamonds Dataset." Thanks for watching. Please be sure to watch pert 2 and then favorite these videos and subscribe to this channel so that you can easily revisit this video as necessary while recreating these histogram visuals off your data. You also won't want to miss future great videos like this that I will be publishing shortly. Also, be sure and look at all the other hundreds of great tutorial videos on data science, analytics, coding and programming and more on my channel! Thanks again and God bless!
