Python2 EXTENDED I/O simulation using AVR ATMEGA8 and latches

Windows PC is sending previously logged packets so led blinking can be tested. EXTENDED I/O board handles floor lights, subwoofer speakers lighting (neon) and also control FOOT I/O "mode" (the three leds which don't light up on this video). Python2 is a type of arcade hardware, not related to the Python scripting language.
