QFD (Quality Function Deployment)- Level 2, 3 and 4 (PART-2)

In continuation to one of the very important tool i.e. QFD (Quality Function Deployment), I am going to explain Level-2 onward QFD in this video. Level 2 QFD is used during “Design Development phase”, Level 3 QFD is used during “Process Development phase” and Level 4 QFD is used during “Process Quality control phase”. QFD is a method of ensuring customer requirements are accurately translated into relevant technical specifications from product definition to product design, process development and implementation, sequentially from Level-1 QFD to Level-4 QFD.
