While testing the band conditions and watching RBN, I called out CQ on 20 meters and wasn't expecting an answer back. I was wrong, John from Colorado happen to be listening and shortly after that we had a QSO. I was using my 1917 VibroPlex Blue Racer. Had I seen the RBN reports, I never would have stayed on 20 meters. The reports came back horribly but John said I was a 549 and solid. Goes to show you, you never know.
