We made this tray to make it easier to load quail into the quail shrink bags for the freezer. We used some plastic from the top of a storage tub lid. With a heat gun, we softened the plastic to mold it. The tray is about 4 inches wide, 13 inches long, and the sides are about 1/2 inches high. The tray makes it so much easier to put 4 quail in the bag at one time.
The bags we highly recommend are from Florida Poultry Shrink Bags. They are the thickest on the market (75 microns thick), and American made. They have 7 layers of rip resistance, and are BPA/BPS free. Outstanding quail shrink bags!
