Quantum secure Bitcoin transactions without a fork

Recently a paper by Avihu Levy presented a method for constructing quantum secure Bitcoin transactions using only the existing Bitcoin script opcodes, meaning that they work without any changes to Bitcoin being required. In this video, I explain Bitcoin transactions and the basic principles of the proposed quantum-secure signature scheme. I also discuss some of the initial problems I see with it, but of course it is early days.
