Quest Machine is a Unity plugin for procedurally-generated & hand-written quests. This tutorial shows how to procedurally generate quests at runtime in More Mountains' TopDown Engine. I recommend watching Part 1 first. It will be helpful to watch some of the basic Quest Machine tutorials. too.
