In this video, we are going to show you how to use a Wordpress redirection plugin to make a 301 redirect. You'll need this if you change the URL, or permalink, on a page or a post in Wordpress. A 301 redirect is a permanent redirection method that sends users and search engines from one url to another. If someone clicks an old link with the old URL, they will automatically be brought to the new url.
