2 and 1/4 cups bread flour (280g)
3 tablespoons olive oil (45ml) plus 2 tbsps for proofing
3 tbsps of marinara sauce or pizza sauce
300 grams cold cuts of your choice
200 grams sliced mozzarella
Eggwash: 1 egg+2 tbsps milk
Some parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
