If you don't have the time or energy to make a traditional cinnamon swirl bread, this is for you. ►Subscribe for more videos: https://www.youtube.com/cookinginnancishomekitchen?sub_confirmation=1 FOLLOW NANCI & ORDER FROM HER BAKERY ►FaceBook: https://facebook.com/NancisBakeShop ►Instagram: https://instagram.com/nancisbakeshoppe ►Tumblr: https://nancisbakeshoppe.tumblr.com ►Threads: https://www.threads.net/@nancisbakeshoppe #CINHK #CookingInNancisHomeKitchen #NancisBakeShoppe ▼QUICK CINNAMON SWIRL BREAD RECIPE▼ ===================================== Ingredients: •2 cups all purpose flour •1 ½ cups sugar •1 teaspoon baking soda •½ teaspoon salt •1 cup buttermilk •¼ cup vegetable oil •1 egg •3 teaspoons cinnamon •¼ cup powdered sugar •2-6 teaspoons whole milk Directions: •Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. •Coat a large bread loaf pan with pan grease or cooking spray. •In a large bowl whisk together the all purpose flour, a cup of sugar, baking soda and salt until combined. •Whisk in the buttermilk, vegetable oil and egg until combined and a dough forms. •In a separate bowl, whisk together half a cup of sugar and the cinnamon until thoroughly combined and set aside. •Scoop enough bread dough into the prepared loaf pan to cover the bottom interior of the pan. •Sprinkle about half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the layer of dough in the pan. •Scoop the rest of the dough into the bread loaf pan. •Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar over the dough. •Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. •Let cool for 2-3 hours. •In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons of whole milk. If the glaze is too think, add a teaspoon of milk at a time until the glaze is the preferred consistency. •Drizzle the glaze over the top of the bread.
