We started using the Quick Cuts Greens Harvester in 2018. This tool has been monumental in improving efficiency when harvesting our salad greens. We specialize in mesclun mixes and are often harvesting 100# at time. With the Quick Cuts, one person can harvest 50# of salad greens in 15 minutes where it used to take two people close to an hour.
