Quick Magic Spin Attack training (Majora's Mask 3DS)

I swear this shit is too damn hard. Literally can't do it cosistently after training for like 1 hour. It's exactly like the game said: Rotate the joystick 180° (a.k.a half circle) and press B at the right moment. It doesn't consume magic power.
