In this Quick Tip I'd like to talk a little about workflow. This tip seems like it goes without saying... If you've honestly never struggled with adapting the structure of a song in the middle of recording, then you can skip this tip. But I sure have... and probably, so have you. If you have, then try this little concept: Finish your song before doing the final recording. Make sure you're happy with the structure, with the parts and with the duration of those parts.
