The one I recommend (link in comments) is my favorite because it's small and has a slightly squishable grip. - https://amzn.to/3vuBAVd - Glue - I use Elmer's glue all, other quillers prefer Alene's. You will have to try it and figure out which works best for you but you don't need anything fancy. - https://amzn.to/3LDkABV - Scissors (with plastic inserts so your fingers don't hurt) - Most quillers will tell you to tear the paper instead of cutting it. It allowed me way better control of the glue (quantity and precision).
