In this video tutorial I teach you how to use your fabric scraps to make a little quilted luggage tag! It's a great beginner project and uses such a small amount of fabric that you could crank these out by the dozens for very little cost.
What you need:
• Two pieces of fabric at 3" x 4.5"
• One piece of batting at 3" x 4.5"
• One piece of 1/4" wide elastic at 5.5" long
• One piece of clear vinyl at 2.5" x 3"
• Sewing machine
• Coordinating thread and basic sewing supplies
