I dont really understand why this was not more commonly talked about. We have fixed rigid structure for our academic research from intro, results, discussion and method, However, when comes to putting script in the right folder, everyone seems to be doing it different from one another. I do some concepts from Python project structure, but I believe I can make it easier with my suggestion.
Again, this is not any official guide on how you should restructure your data, but A way I find useful.
