Race 27.5 Orange SN: HPTY25030513 Controller model: SHHP-AT12-27.5 E30 Error Code persists, and walking mode does not work. Tech support wrote: We recommend trying the following solutions and providing us with videos or photos if possible: Disconnect the bicycle's waterproof cable, motor cable, left and right brake lever waterproof cables, sensor, and throttle handle, and reconnect them. Check the display to see if the error message persists and if error code E30 persists. Disconnect the throttle handle cable and press and hold the "-" button on the display to check if the walking mode is normal and the motor is working. If the E30 error code persists after trying the above solutions, the controller needs to be replaced. If any component is found to be faulty, we will replace it.
