Rack Maintenance

Just like skilled craftsmen, we are only as good as our tools! You have made an investment in plating rack tooling to support your production at Master Finish. We respect your investment and we treat your tools with care. Our production tracking system records each time every plating rack travels through production. At preset intervals each plating rack is sent to rack maintenance for cleaning and maintenance. Only after the scheduled maintenance is complete can the rack be returned to production. Master Finish has a large rack storage area allowing us to safely store your tooling, ready for its next production run. It is common practice in many plating shops to stack your production plating racks onto pallets when not in use. This can cause bending and breaking of the rack clips and damage to the insulating rack coating. This damage will not happen to your plating racks at Master Finish!
