Radius Ball Turner MKll - Boring Head/Tool Post Version, Part Two

We continue with the rest of the build -- making an end boss, drilled and tapped for a handle and set screw - a handle and knob with drilling and tapping to suit . Plus we mill a small flat on the end of the operation shaft to allow positional locking with the boss set screw.. It is hoped soon to do a separate video with the tool in use, prior to which we will either regrind the boring bar tool insert to better geometry and/or, make a dedicated cutting as well from drill rod.
