Recipe: •In sauce pan -1/2 c. Water -1 3/4 c. Sugar -3/4 c. Corn syrup -a pinch of salt BRING MIXTURE TO 240° WITH CANDY THERMOMETER -2 teaspoons of vanilla extract will be added when whipping the mixture up (as seen on video) •In mixing bowl -2 1/2 packets of powdered gelatin -1/2 c. water (let set for 15min) MIX QUICKLY ON SLOW SPEED, THEN LET IT SIT TIL MIXING WITH SYRUP MIXTURE. •Seperate small bowl 1/3 c. Powder sugar 1/3 c. Cornstartch wisk together. (mixture used to dust on pans and molds, also after marshmallow is done etc) MAKE SURE TO DUST TOP OF MARSHMALLOWS with Powder Sugar/Cornstarch mixture SO THEY WON'T STICK TO YOUR HANDS OR ANY SURFACES.
