Raspberry Pi Node-Red Dashboard Control LED Intensity

We control the brightness of an LED attached to a Raspberry Pi using the Node-Red Dashboard, and also add a Dashboard Gauge to see what values are being sent to the Raspberry Pi port the LED is attached to.
