I acquired my first Volca in June last year and have built up to what I think is a reasonable setup. What’s what in Raw Jam #1? KeyStep 37 playing main melody sequence though Volva Keys via Midi. Arturia Pigments on Laptop playing a sequence of chords. Cherry Audio Dreamsynth on Laptop playing drone triggered by KeyStep 32 via USB. BARP 2600 playing drone triggered by KeyStep 32 via Midi Volca Bass playing drone. Volca Samples playing a sample. Volca Beats playing Kick Drum. Korg SQ-1 on left playing 16 note random sequence. Korg SQ-1 on right playing sequence. All mixed through a Behringer line mixer, then into a Focusrite 18i8. Audio from 18i8 goes to 2 sound systems and into a DAW, live take, no pre-recording. EFX by NTS-1’s – numerus and pedals – Super Chorus, Snake Bite Reverb and Digital Delay.
