RC Drift Alignment Testing

The continuing evolution of tuning an RC drift car. One thing I have been curious about is speed between the corners. This is one of the locations I really seem to be pulled hard when drifting with others. I started to notice that I was running a higher amount of toe-out than a lot of folks. In my simple mind, that would seem to cause more drag compared to a setup with a neutral toe setting. To add to that, I see more people running a higher camber amount. This reminds me of running pinewood derby cars, where you really want a small amount of contact to reduce rolling resistance. Does this work with RC drift also? With these in mind, I decided to do some testing. Is this really conclusive? Probably not. Seems to make sense to me when I was driving it, but I really don't have any hard data to say one way or the other. I am going to try it this way for now and see how I like it over time.
