Its been a while since the last Drift Lessons sessions, but this time its time to get precise. In real drift events, the drivers get scored on how close they can drift to markers on the apex and outside of a corner. So this is what I'm going to be learning to do in this episode.
I wasn't going to do this using a wall because I didn't want to damage the Drift Project and have to fix it. Unfortunately, using cans didn't prevent damage being caused. A pin came out of the driveshaft and as you can see from the video, bent and damaged the wheel hub.
I did get some practice in and had some success. I nailed the rear bumper marker hitting, and was improving with the front bumper hitting when the damage occurred.
