Easy peasy!
1. When bottling, leave 1-2cm of beer on top of the cake
2. Stir it up and pour it into containers
3. Pitch that into your next batch
The yeast in this video was already on it's second gig having been in my recent batches of pale and amber ale, so now it will get a third run with tobedecidedale Did I mention that it's BRY97?
Also, as I said when I first tried the amber I was a bit worried because it tasted very yeasty, but that was after only a couple of days in the bottle and it's since gone nice and normal, so no worries :o)
