ReactJS - Tutorial : How To Work With Multiple Radio Buttons with Function Based Components

I was making a quiz application for some purpose where I faced the problem of implementing multiple radio buttons with an externally fetched data and couldn't find any promising solution to my problem in YouTube as well as Google so thought of putting this tutorial out there if some one ever traverses my footsteps. P.S: The solution code is not mine, Someone from ReactJS subreddit helped me with this code. I have just explained this code for other people and I take no credit for coming up with the logic.
