Recipe
375g Plain Four/all purpose
250g Butter unsalted is preferred
125g Sugar (Granulated or Caster Sugar)
A good pinch of salt
Bake at 160ºc/320ºf or Gas 3 for about 20 minutes
NOTE: Granulated sugar gives a better crunch to this shortbread.
