the a.g.c. output (or automatic gain control) is a fixed high ratio compressor capable of taking large, unruly signals and bringing them down to a uniform 10v peak-to-peak signal, for instance the Harmonic Oscillator which has a mix output capable of reaching 20volts peak-to-peak when the width/sliders are fully open. In this patch, we simply process the Harmonic Oscillator mix output through the a.g.c. of the Real World Interface. Notice when the gain is pushed on the input, the sine waves of the Harmonic Oscillator can carry over into full on distortion - this is due to a specific form of clipping built in.
