Hey! I started calisthenics training in October 2016, focusing on the basics for a full year. In October 2017, I discovered street workout athletes and was inspired by their incredible static skills like the planche, front lever, and more. This video shows my 1-year planche journey, with monthly clips tracking my progress from beginner level toward a stronger planche.
