In our latest release of the Realtrac client software, we've added a feature allowing you to add commonly used files in to Realtrac as templates. You are then able to make copies of these files anywhere in our system, edit and save the copies attached to your jobs, routers, estimates, etc..
Anywhere you can attach files, you can now attach copies of templates you've added to the system. Check out the video to watch us add a customer supplied measurement spreadsheet, along with a quality document that we already use within my organiation.
