Mark Harmon (fresh off the notoriety he got from his recurring role on Moonlighting) costarred with Marlee Matlin. He's a cop blacklisted because he ratted out corrupt cops; she's a ball-busting DA who pulls no punches and doesn't allow her deafness to affect her career.
