This is how I played "Reasons for Waiting" (http://youtu.be/PFZ7Cc-7uuI) - my cover of the Jethro Tull tune on my main channel, "FridayNightLullaby".
In part 3, the E chord is played in the same position as in part 2, not first position- but first position is OK if you can't slide up quickly enough.
