Reassembling the Passap E 6000 Part 2 Deep Cleaning

In Part 2 of Deep Cleaning the Passap E-6000, learn to reassemble the needlebeds. I recommend that you watch this video even before taking the Passap E-6000 apart! It is chockful of useful tips and tricks! In this video, the focus is mostly on the front bed because the back bed reassembly is just like that on the front bed just simpler. That's because the front bed has 2 springs and therefore presents a much bigger challenge. So pay close attention to the assembly to get it right the first time! Once you've watched the whole video, assemble the back bed for practice, then move on to the front bed. On the font bed, start with preloading the needle channels then snapping them into place. Second, snap the flow combs into place. Then we turn our attention to sharing the shortcuts to install the shims (if you have any). Fourth , learn a quick method to reinstall the rails, needles and pushers. And fifth, you will learn to install the both springs on the front bed.... the easy way. One under the upper rail and a second under the pusher rail.
